Faith Holmes- Strength and Conditioning
Faith Holmes is a Strength Coach at Accelerated Fastpitch Academy. Since January 2023, I have been able to coach and form relationships with softball athletes from the ages of 8 to 18. I have always had a love for softball in some sort of capacity, with that being said I played all the way from tee-ball up until high school. The years in-between consisted of rec ball, travel ball, Crossfit, and Olympic weightlifting. Throughout my life I’ve been exposed to various types of exercise, which has brought me to where I am today. I’m currently a senior at Purdue University studying Kinesiology with a Sports Medicine Concentration and will be graduating in December. Since coming to Purdue, I’ve competed at The Arnold for Olympic Weightlifting, became an F45 coach (HIIT and functional fitness workout class), and started working for a chiropractic clinic in the area. I’ve been able to broaden my understanding of the healthcare field and exercise when it comes to all types of populations throughout the years. I’m so excited to continue to meet new athletes and work with them to reach their goals in this sport!
